This simple country Christmas wreath is perfectly adorned and is ideal for hanging on an interior door or for using it as your front door Christmas wreath. The combination of red fruit, crimson cardinals, viburnum berries and pine cones with white pine bough greenery creates a charming decoration for your home.

The pine cone Christmas door wreath pictured above is a combination of different types of cones of the same size. Each cone is frosted in gold then threaded with florist wire and meticulously attached to a wire frame. Small bows of glittery ribbon and miniature gold ornamental balls are interspersed between the cones. A larger shimmering gold bow finishes it off perfectly.

What could be more playful during the holidays? A boy or girl would delight in having this Christmas grape vine wreath placed on their bedroom door or perhaps on their bedroom wall. The base for this wreath is grapevine (sometimes called a 'twig wreath'). The basic technique for making a grapevine wreath is to hold the thick end of a fall-harvested vine and to keep circling it on top of itself until the desired thickness of the wreath is reached. Tuck ends of the vine into the circle to secure the wreath. We have set a cuddly bear in the wreath and have also embellished with greenery, artificial sugared fruit, red flowers and a merry bow.

The above wreath is made up of several types of greenery that includes white pine, salal leaves, cedar and seeded varieties of greenery. This wreath has been festooned with berries, holly leaves, bows, red cardinals, pine cones and crimson feathers, and is finished off with a Christmas bow on one side. Absolutely spectacular.

The base of this front door Christmas wreath is made with balsam greenery. It is dressed up with pink tulle poinsettia with a dusting of sparkles and gold-gilded poinsettia. Gold-painted berries and small bows of green with a shimmery gold pattern are randomly placed . The gold and pink colors will bring sophistication and glamor to any room.

Can you smell the cedar? We love how it trails down at the bottom - what a clever Christmas wreath idea! This picture shows a lush, fresh evergreen wreath simply decorated with shiny red berries, twigs and a gorgeous gold-edged red Christmas bow.

Icy cool white and blue are an elegant color theme for a front door Christmas wreath. With minimal ornamentation, the colors are allowed to steal the show. Just a few white frosted pine cones, several 'ice' encrusted twigs, rich blue poinsettia flowers and a full, blue velvet bow are all that is required. Less is definitely more!

There is nothing more lovely than a fresh boxwood Christmas door wreath. The example shown in the above photo has a very formal appearance. Creamy-white poinsettia blooms, deep red roses and a gold mesh Christmas bow - this is a beautiful wreath for your front door.

Seeing this Christmas wreath against a brick background gives us ideas! If space allows, hang two wreaths - one on either side of your front door. Use decorations and colors that compliment the style of your house.

Another Christmas wreath picture that clearly illustrates the 'less is more' decorating philosophy. Trailing greenery topped with a large Christmas bow that is made up with two different but complimentary ribbons tied together - it's the texture of the ribbons that give this fresh greenery wreath its special appeal.

A touch of glam for your front door Christmas wreath! The deep purple poinsettia blooms look luxuriously soft to the touch. They are stunningly set off with silver and gold accents and a metallic plaid bow that repeats the greens of the wreath and the purple of the flowers.

Deck your halls, doors, windows or walls with a beautiful Christmas wreath. Use berries, pine cones, gold-painted eucalyptus, traditional red poinsettia blooms and tie a large bow with a complimentary ribbon. The Christmas wreath in the above picture shows you how to combine all of these elements to create a stunning wreath for your home.

Give your holiday visitors a warm welcome with a traditional front door Christmas wreath in colors of red and green. The large poinsettia flowers take the place of a bow in this example. Ribbon is used as an accent only and is wound through the boughs of the greenery.

Luscious fruits and berries make this Christmas wreath look good enough to eat! Fresh looking leaves mixed in with the abundant berries add freshness. This wreath would be a terrific decoration to place on a door, hang from the ceiling or use as part of a Christmas table centerpiece.
