Zepeda Asphalt Concrete Paving was officially established in 1998, but we have far more years of experience behind us, 16 to be exact. We are a full service residential and commercial asphalt company. We are currently specializing in complete asphalt patching, repairing, and resealing. City Service was started back in 1975 by Jon Beach, a recent graduate of Cal State University Fullerton with a degree in biology. At that time biotech had not yet been invented and there were limited opportunities for a career in biology, so Jon teamed up with a friend, David Schafer, who had the idea of starting an asphalt paving company. In 1982 David Schafer moved on to start another business. Since 1975 City Service has completed over 20,000 different paving jobs in Southern California. We have put together an outstanding team of estimators, workers and supervisors that have the knowledge and expertise to insure the best quality in any type of paving, sealing or concrete job that our customers might need. Our philosophy has always been to hire people who take pride in their work and then treat them with the respect they deserve so that they always will derive satisfaction from doing their best work.
