Very poor quality of workmanship, he never kept his word or repaired his mistakes (there were several I ended up fixing myself), inexperienced workers, I was promised a 3 week remodel ( it took them 10 weeks) I finally talked to the owner of the company to get issues resolved. EXAMPLE they threw all the waste products (drywall compound, grout, pieces of tile, drywall scews, etc..) down my floor drain and plugged it up, I chipped the hardened materials away myself because he didn't think it was his problem.
