Mark and his team were very personable and pleasant to work with. We were given several options on how to structure our project and it was clear that customer satisfaction, not money, was the motivation. The only area of improvement I could note is a lack of clarity when stating when the crew would arrive -- morning often meant afternoon which is difficult for scheduling.

Probably the only contractor or tradesman I have dealt with in the last decade who actually returned calls promptly, showed up on time, and completed the job ahead of schedule and up to our rather picky standards. I don't think I can write any better recommendation than that! My project was pretty small - just an entry way and a bedroom - but included some tricky issues with ceiling height and ladder access. Looks fine, reasonably priced and as stated above taken care of very professionally and responsively
