Welcome to SandFree Franchising, Inc. Over the past 4 years, we developed a system to refinish wood floors without sanding! The history of SandFree should be fiction, but it isn't. One of our customers (who bought 32 oriental rugs ) owns a restaurant that needed to have the wood floors refinished. He didn't want to close the restaurant, and told (not asked) us to find a way to refinish his floors without sanding. That's how it all began. In the beginning, it was very labor intensive, and slow. Some of the earlier trials didn't work correctly, but like Thomas Edison, every time a product didn't work, we felt we were that much closer to finding the correct mix, which we did. To reduce the drying times, we added a vacuum to a floor machine to remove the excess solution.
