Home Refinance Loans
» Green Bay, Wisconsin

Why choose a home refinance loan over a home equity line of credit.

ARTICLE SYNOPSIS:
"Second Mortgage / Home Equity vs. Refinance"

This article outlines why you should consider Home Refinance Loans over a second mortgage or a home equity line of credit in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will learn that with a refinance loan you can get a lower rate where as second mortgages usually have an interest rate that is twice or even three times as high as your first mortgage rate. Home equity lines of credit are designed to be used like a credit card - over and over again. That can be too easy and too tempting for someone with no self-control.
