The gentleman came out to my house very early in the morning to accommodate my work schedule, which was wonderful. When he got there, he checked my downspout to clean it, only it wasn't clogged. So he gave me possible other solutions to the problem I was having, and didn't even charge me for the visit to my house. I totally would recommend him based on service and friendliness!
