Tools Needed for Installing Ceramic Tile Floor

"Installing Ceramic Tile Flooring - Tools Required"
Do you have a floor that you'd like to recover with ceramic tile? The first thing you'll need to do, after choosing your tile pattern and layout, is make sure you have all of the proper tools, equipment and materials needed to do the job right. If you don't have some of these ceramic tile tools, usually you can rent them from a local equipment rental store in , Texas (see business listings below), or any of the major home improvement chains, such as Home Depot or Lowes. If renting is not an option, you can purchase fairly inexpensively - the most expensive tool will be the wet saw, used for cutting the tiles to shape the pattern to walls, corners and other obstructions. Choosing the right setting compound (adhesive) is critical as well, and will be determined by where and how you want to lay your ceramic tile. This ceramic tile installation was done on a basement concrete floor, but the same principles can be applied for any floor or surface (including a backsplash), with the additional use of a cement backboard for stability and adhesion. Watch all of these videos in order before you start your cermic tile laying project, so that you'll have a complete understanding of what is required before you start.

Facts about Texas:

Texas is a state in both the West and South regions of the United States of America. It is also considered part of the Southwest and the Great Plains. With an area of 268,581 square miles (695,622 km²) and a population of 22.8 million, Texas is second to Alaska in area, and second to California in population.

Texas declared its independence from Mexico in 1836 and existed as the independent Republic of Texas for nearly 10 years. It joined the United States in 1845 as the 28th state. The state is often used as a point of reference for large geographical areas.
