Took 5 days for a promised 2 day job. Contractor disappeared for 2 days halfway through. Broke into our screened in porch to use electricity and used neighbor's power box without asking. Communication was nonexistent. Had to keep calling to basically plead with him to finish the job he started. THEN once it was completed, found out that he measured wrong and built one side of our fence on neighbors property. When confronted, he promised to fix the fence but did not show up and is avoiding our calls and his responsibility. We are requesting that he be banded from working in our neighborhood.

Not only was this price reasonable. He did such a great job I made a profit from the sale of my home. He found so much damage to my home, but he never took advantage of me. He would always talk the project and got the okay before moving forward. Not only was he a professional contractor he went out of his way to meet my schedule. We liked him so much that we had him do more and more. He never did a job with out talking it over with you first. I would use him again. This contractor is top notch. This contractor is one in a million.
