Crack Filling, Seal Coating and Striping: Asphalt needs help to survive the Arizona sun. Cleaning cracks and filling them with hot, rubberized sealant prevents water from getting to the sub-grade. Polymer-modified, rubberized seal coat waterproofs and protects the asphalt from further oxidation. Re-striping completes the package, making your entire property look like new.
