Joel's staff was courteous and generally quick to do the amount of work that they were hired for. I did have a couple of problems; 1) they left the jobsite without confirming that my tenant had all of their lights back on (a breaker was still off) and 2) I was not informed that they hadn't been cleared with the inspection and 2 of my apartments got shut off and red-tagged by the city while I was trying to rent them out. The issue did get resolved but I was unhappy that I had not been informed of the inspection delay since I had been told the job was complete. This resulted in extra time and stress because of the problems with being able to show units and following up to make sure all was completed. It did get done though and when calls were made Joel was very good about making sure things got done.

Very good experience. Pro came out and looked at my old bathroom fans and said that the easiest option would be to just replace the old fans/motors inside the fan housings if he could order the parts. Called back the next day and said that he could order new fans/motors and gave me two pricing options - they install or I install. I ended up going out to their office and picked up the new fans/motors and installed myself with no trouble. Very happy with experience and was very affordable. I will definitely use your service again in the future.
