Jim with JBS Services, Inc was prompt, professional, expeditious and fair. At the time I was closing on a house in 3 days and I needed some windows repaired. He came out to the house and repaired the windows the same day I spoke with him so I could close on my house timely. He charged a VERY fair price for the work that he did and I was impressed with the customer service he provided. The experience with his company far surpassed the experience I've had dealing with more national, well known contractors.
