We were very pleased with this contractor. He quoted a fair price and worked closely and flexibly with us to make sure we got the look and the results we wanted. We're very happy with the way it turned out. This was a fairly large project, and it included construction of a French drain all around the house, removing and installing a new sidewalk, resloping and re seeding our lawn, changing the location and design of perennial gardens, including the removal of several old bushes; and the replanting of bushes, trees, and perennials. It was in many ways a 'change as we go' job. He also had to deal with intermittent rainy days and redo's.
