End product is very good, getting there painful. Job was estimated at approximately 5 days, wrapped up in 15. Main issues were with regards to laminate material procurement. Extremely poor communications from job lead resulted in 5 no shows and lost time at work for the customer. Hands-on labor very punctual, fast, and professional, but ran a dirty job site, inside and out. Cleaned up well at the end of the job, but trashed the front and back yards during the hardwood installation. House was vacant during the work, which could be the reason for the messy site, but was disappointed since they claimed cleanliness to be one of their top priorities. Not the cheapest bid received, but selected them based on their vow to work the job as a priority (I had a tight timeline) and to work cleanly. Lesson learned on my part.
