Kanngieser, brings over 27 years of construction experience to the Home Inspection profession as a Certified Inspector. Alan is also the Founding President of the Omaha Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, NACHI. Licensed as a contractor in multiple states nationwide, Al brings his past experience as an executive for a nationwide contractor which specializes in residential remodeling. His education includes Architecture at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), Accounting at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM), and Home Inspections at Allied Business Schools.

I, Bill Hubbell, the sole inspector, draw on 25+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, and sales. I also continually seek out the most valuable continuing education available.
